Your journey will start with a posture and movement assessment. This will enable me to prescribe effective exercises to help correct any muscle imbalances and strengthen your body to help prevent injury.

Nutrition guide

Because nutrition is so important for recovery and to get the best results possible. You will be given an easy to follow nutrition guide based around your current lifestyle and mindset.

Monthly Review

I’ll be holding you accountable on a monthly basis by conducting a review session. I will check your progress by accuratley measuring your body compositon. We’ll also discuss your current challenges and how to overcome any barriers. This allows us to plan the next stage of your journey and we’ll set out a 30 day goal to keep you on track. The full review is only available on the 1-2-1 PT plan.

Programs specific to you

I’ll provide you with 3 exercise programs. 1 to correct any muscle imbalances that are effecting your posture and movement. And 2 full body workout programs that focus on your fitness goals. These programs get renewed as you progress and are always specific to you.

1-2-1 PT
Prices start at £35 a session

Get the best one to one personal training experience available. This plan has all the benefits listed above and includes the full in depth monthly review. Also 2 free group sessions a week.

Group training 4-6
Priced from £65 a month

Train in a group once a week in a bootcamp or circuit style. The day and time of the session will be the same every week and the price is per person. There is no individual monthly review on this plan but your progress will be measured.

Nutrition made simple
Price £80

If you’ve got your training sorted! You could benefit from a one hour one off session purely focussed on your nutrition. You will get a nutrition guide based on your goals and current lifestyle. I also support vegan athletes.

Semi private PT
Prices start at £25 a session

Train alongside a friend for some extra support and motivation. You get 2 free group sessions a week on this plan too. This also includes a nutrition plan specific to you. You also get a condensed version of the monthly review.

Full Review Session
Price fixed at £50 per session

A full review session, which includes an accurate body compostion check with feedback to aid you with your next 30 day goal and your calories calculated too. No more guessing or one app fits all.

All bookings are to be made through my contact page. In most instances I would want to see you face to face before starting any training. Consultations last 30 minutes and are free.
